Free Shipping

South Beach Leather offers free shipping worldwide on all orders, with no minimum order size. US customers can also choose a faster paid shipping option at checkout.

Processing Time

  • Regular orders: usually shipped within 3 business days, though it can take up to 10 business days.
  • Custom orders: usually dispatched within 2–3 weeks. Every custom order is different, so we can’t promise a fixed date. Please ask our customer support team for an estimated delivery date while discussing your order. If you need your order by a certain date, tell us before placing it.

Delivery Time

Once your order is dispatched, delivery usually takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. We ship with express couriers such as DHL and FedEx, and we choose the courier that will get your order to you most efficiently.

Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For most international destinations, import duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so there are no surprise charges when your parcel arrives. The amount appears in your order summary before you pay. If duties can’t be calculated at checkout for your country, they are the buyer’s responsibility on delivery. Please check with your local customs office for details.

Where We Ship

We ship to all countries except Russia, Israel, Iran, Iraq, and countries under OFAC or other sanctions. We do not deliver to APO, FPO or PO Box addresses. A signature is required on delivery.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

We email you a tracking number once your order ships. After that, please follow up with the courier directly. If the courier holds your parcel, or misses you at home, contact them to arrange delivery. After several failed delivery attempts, the courier may return or destroy the parcel, and we can’t be responsible in that case.

Multiple Items

We usually ship all items in one parcel, but some orders may arrive in more than one package.

Order Confirmation

You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your payment is received.
